The Collaboration Targets will be selected from a list of Targets selected by Vertex (each such Target, a “Vertex Target,” and collectively, the “Vertex Targets” and such list, the “Vertex Target List”). As of the Effective Date, the initial Collaboration Targets and initial Vertex Targets are included on Schedule B.
