VERTICAL APPROVALS. Developer shall be entitled to seek Approval of Vertical Applications on behalf of future Vertical Developers, whether such Vertical Developers have been identified or not and whether or not Developer or its Affiliates ultimately serve as such Vertical Developer. In such cases, references in this Section VII to “Vertical Developer” shall include Developer.
