Common use of Vessel Liens Clause in Contracts

Vessel Liens. The Facility Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to it and xx xxx xegal advisor that, save for the liens created by the Mortgage and the Assignments, there are no liens, charges or encumbrances of any kind whatsoever on the Vessel or on its earnings except as permitted hereby or by any of the Security Documents.
