Common use of Vessel Registration Clause in Contracts

Vessel Registration. Each Vessel is duly registered under the laws of the jurisdiction set forth on Exhibit A in the name of and, directly and wholly owned by the applicable entity identified on Exhibit A, free and clear of all Liens, except as disclosed in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus.
