Common use of Vested Options and Stock Appreciation Rights Clause in Contracts

Vested Options and Stock Appreciation Rights. All Options or Stock Appreciation Rights which have vested on or prior to the Termination Date, but which have not expired, been exercised, or otherwise terminated, shall remain vested and exercisable through the expiration of their respective terms (as set forth in the applicable option or stock appreciation rights agreements or notices) and shall thereafter terminate.
