Common use of Vested Ownership Rights Clause in Contracts

Vested Ownership Rights. (a) Subject to Section 14.1 and Section 14.2, to the extent any right, title or interest in or to any Company Related Enhancement or Company Independent Development or other intellectual property or data vests in the Company, by operation of law or otherwise, in a manner contrary to the agreed upon ownership as set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall, and hereby does, irrevocably assign to Licensor any and all such right, title and interest in such Company Related Enhancement or Company Independent Development, intellectual property or data to Licensor.
