Vested Shares; Vesting Schedule. The Company’s right of Forfeiture shall expire and the Shares shall become Vested Shares in accordance with the following schedule: (a) 10,000 shares shall vest on May 31, 2017, and an additional 10,000 shares shall vest at the end of each month thereafter, such that all of the Shares shall be Vested Shares on October 31, 2017 (the “Vesting Date”).
