Vested Warrants. Upon verifying the occurrence of any of the Acceleration Events and/or as from the Vesting Date, in both cases subject to the provisions of Article Six, the Manager’s Warrants shall be exercisable, either fully or in part, during the whole Effective Term (the “Vested Warrants”).
