Vesting and Exercisability of Option. 5.1 Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Plan, the Option shall entitle the Optionee, in whole at any time or in part from time to time, to exercise the Option for shares of Stock to the extent the Option has become "vested." The parties acknowledge that the Option has fully vested and become immediately exercisable as to 15,000 Shares in accordance with the Original Agreement. The remaining provisions of Section 5 shall govern the vesting and exercisability of the remaining 15,000 Shares that are subject to the Option (the "Remaining Option Shares").
