Vesting – General. Subject to the Participant’s continued Services with the Company and its Affiliates, the Award shall vest on the applicable Vesting Dates as follows: (i) The RSUs granted hereunder shall vest in installments on each Vesting Date as set forth in Section 4(a) hereof.
