Vesting of Long-Term Incentives and Stock Options/Rights. The Parent shall cause (i) all of the Executive’s equity and other long-term incentive awards to fully vest and (ii) any stock options or stock appreciation rights held by the Executive at the time of termination to remain exercisable for ninety (90) days following such termination.
