Common use of Vesting of LTIP Units Clause in Contracts

Vesting of LTIP Units. The restrictions and conditions in Section 2 of this Agreement shall lapse with respect to the number of LTIP Units specified below on the Vesting Dates specified below, so long as the Grantee remains an employee of the Company or an Affiliate (as defined in the Plan) from the Closing Date until such Vesting Date or Dates.
