Common use of Vesting of Option Clause in Contracts

Vesting of Option. Subject to the provisions of the Plan and the provisions of this Award Agreement (including the requirement in Section 6 that the Option Holder continue to be employed by the Company or one of its Subsidiaries on the dates set forth below), the Option will be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule:

Vesting of Option.
