Common use of Vesting of Restricted Shares Clause in Contracts

Vesting of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall vest (“Vested Shares”) in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 130,000 shares on March 31, 2019; (ii) 130,000 shares on March 31, 2020; and (iii) 130,000 shares on March 31, 2021.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall vest (“Vested Shares”) in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 130,000 75,000 shares on March 31April 30, 20192020; (ii) 130,000 75,000 shares on March 31April 30, 20202021; and (iii) 130,000 75,000 shares on March 31April 30, 20212022.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall vest (“Vested Shares”) in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 130,000 33,333 shares on March 31November 12, 20192020; (ii) 130,000 33,333 shares on March 31November 12, 20202021; and (iii) 130,000 33,334 shares on March 31November 12, 20212022.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall vest (“"Vested Shares”") in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 130,000 75,000 shares on March 31, 2019the first anniversary of the date hereof; (ii) 130,000 75,000 shares on March 31, 2020the second anniversary of the date hereof; and (iii) 130,000 75,000 shares on March 31, 2021the third anniversary of the date hereof.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall vest (“Vested Shares”) in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 130,000 150,000 shares on March 31, 2019the first anniversary of the date hereof; (ii) 130,000 150,000 shares on March 31, 2020the second anniversary of the date hereof; (iii) 150,000 shares on the third anniversary of the date hereof; and (iiiiv) 130,000 150,000 shares on March 31, 2021the fourth anniversary of the date hereof.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall vest (“"Vested Shares”") in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 130,000 150,000 shares on March 31, 2019the first anniversary of the date hereof; (ii) 130,000 150,000 shares on March 31, 2020the second anniversary of the date hereof; and (iii) 130,000 150,000 shares on March 31, 2021the third anniversary of the date hereof.
