Common use of Vesting of the Time Option Clause in Contracts

Vesting of the Time Option. Subject to the Participant’s continued Employment with the Company and its Affiliates, the Time Option shall vest and become exercisable with respect to thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) of the Shares subject to such Time Option on December 31, 2007 and shall vest and become exercisable with respect to an additional thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) of the Shares subject to the Time Option on each December 31 thereafter, until such Shares subject to the Time Option are one hundred percent (100%) vested and exercisable.
