Common use of Vesting/Recordation Clause in Contracts

Vesting/Recordation. Sellers shall have furnished to Buyers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyers, assignments or other instruments of transfer necessary or appropriate to transfer to and effectively vest in Buyers all right, title, and interest in and to the Assets, in proper statutory form for recording if such recording is necessary or appropriate.

Vesting/Recordation. Sellers Seller shall have furnished to BuyersBuyer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory acceptable to BuyersBuyer and approved by Buyer’s counsel, deeds, bills of sale, assignments or other instruments of transfer and consents and waivers by others, necessary or appropriate to transfer to and effectively vest in Buyers Buyer all of Seller’s right, title, title and interest in and to the Assets, in proper statutory form for recording if such recording is necessary or appropriate.
