VGI PRIMARILY OBLIGATED. VGI shall cause the Employer to perform all of the Employer's obligations under this Article 4. If the Employer or VGI shall fail to perform, or shall otherwise be in default of any obligations under this Article 4, the Executive shall have the right to proceed against the Employer and/or VGI, or both of them, as the primary obligor under this Article 4 in accordance with the provisions hereof.
