Video and DVD Distribution Commitment. Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause an average minimum of thirty (30) videograms (which maybe comprised of videocassettes, DVD or other formats at Distributor’s sole discretion) to be available for rental or sale on or about the Picture’s initial date of release by Distributor for Videogram Exploitation in the United States (that date to be determined by Distributor in its sole discretion) in BLOCKBUSTER® stores owned and operated by Blockbuster Inc. in the forty-eight (48) continental United States (subject to the sale or closing of any such locations during the Term of this Agreement).
