ViewRay Licenses. ViewRay hereby grants and agrees to grant to QED, solely to provide the applicable services under this Agreement and to supply Deliverables (during the Program) and Products (pursuant to Section 3) to ViewRay, a non-exclusive, paid-up and royalty-free license to use the ViewRay Intellectual Property and the Program Intellectual Property owned by ViewRay in connection with its performance of the Program and its supply of Products pursuant to Section 3. Upon the expiration or termination of the applicable Program work, QED’s license shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.
