ViewRay Licenses. (a) ViewRay hereby grants and agrees to grant to Jastec, solely to provide the applicable services under this Agreement and to supply Products to ViewRay, a non-exclusive, paid-up and royalty-free license to use the ViewRay Intellectual Property and the Program Intellectual Property owned by ViewRay in connection with its performance of the Program and its supply of Products. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Jastec’s license shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.
