Village's Representation Clause Samples

Village's Representation. Neither the Village nor, to the best knowledge of the Village, any other person has ever caused or permitted any Hazardous Material to be placed, held, located or disposed of on, under or at the Premises or any part thereof. No portion of the Premises has ever been used by the Village or to the best knowledge of the Village, by another person either as a permanent or temporary dump site or storage site for any Hazardous Material, unless such Hazardous Material was stored in compliance with the law.
