Violation; liability for unpaid wages; liquidated damages. In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section the contractor and any subcontractor responsible therefor shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and subcontractor shall be liable to the United States, for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section, in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.

Violation; liability for unpaid wages; liquidated damages. In the event of any violation violations of the clause set forth in provisions of paragraph (1) of this section “a”, the contractor and any subcontractor responsible therefor shall therefore will be liable to any affected employee for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and or subcontractor shall will be liable to the United States, States for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall will be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause provisions set forth in paragraph (1) of this sectionsubparagraph "a", in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual employee was required or permitted to be employed on such work in excess of the standard workweek of forty 40 hours without with payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.“a.”

In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) provisions of this section Paragraph B, the contractor Subrecipient and any subcontractor Subcontractor responsible therefor therefore shall be liable to any affected employee for the that employee’s unpaid wages. In additionadditions, such contractor Contractor and subcontractor Subcontractor shall be liable to the United States, States for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, mechanic employed in violation of the clause set forth in provisions of paragraph (1) of this section, B in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual employee was required or permitted to be employed on such work in excess of the eight hours or in excess of his standard workweek of forty 40 hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.B.

Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1a) of this section, in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1a) of this section.

Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1A) of this section, in the sum of $10 26 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1A) of this section.

Violation; liability for unpaid wages; liquidated damages. In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) of this section the contractor Contractor and any subcontractor Subcontractor responsible therefor shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor the Consultant and subcontractor shall be liable to the United States, States (for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section, in the sum of $10 25 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.

In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1a) of this section the contractor and any subcontractor responsible therefor therefore shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and subcontractor shall be liable to the United States, States for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, mechanic employed in violation of the clause set forth in provisions of paragraph (1) of this sectionB, in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.B.

Violation; liability for unpaid wages; liquidated damages. In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section the contractor and any subcontractor Lessee responsible therefor shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and subcontractor Lessee shall be liable to the United States, States for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section, in the sum of $$ 10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.

In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section the contractor A. above, any Design Professional and any subcontractor subconsultant responsible therefor shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and subcontractor subconsultant shall be liable to the United States, States for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this sectionA. above, in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this sectionA. above.

Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1B)(1) of this section, in the sum of $10 27 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1D)(1) of this section.

In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) A of this section the contractor and any subcontractor responsible therefor therefore shall be liable for the unpaid wages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) 5.14.1 of this section, in the sum of $10 27 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) 5.14.1 of this section.

In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section the contractor Contractor and any subcontractor Subcontractor responsible therefor therefore shall be liable for the unpaid wages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) 5.16.1 of this section, in the sum of $10 27 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) 5.16.1 of this section.

Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this sectionA. above, in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this sectionA. above.

In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) provisions of this section Paragraph A, the contractor and or any subcontractor responsible therefor therefore shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and or subcontractor shall be liable to the United States, States for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in provisions of paragraph (1) of this section, B in the sum of $10 25 for each calendar day on which such individual employee was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section.A.
