Violation of Laws. If the Property is not in compliance, in any material respect, with legal requirements with respect to the Property, Mortgagee may impose additional commercially reasonable requirements upon Mortgagor in connection herewith including, without limitation, monetary reserves or financial equivalents related to such legal requirement.
