Common use of Violation of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Violation of Licenses. The Customer agrees that a violation of the license terms would cause irreparable injury to Seller or Seller Affiliates or the third party licensor for which money damages will not provide an adequate remedy, and that Seller, Seller Affiliates, or the third party licensor will be entitled, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have, at law or in equity, to seek an injunction enjoining and restraining the Customer from doing or continuing to do any such act and any other violations or threatened violations of the licenses granted by this Agreement without proof of special damage.
