Violation of Meal Period Provisions. The penalty, if any, for each one-half (½) hour meal delay or fraction thereof shall be one (1) hour of pay computed at one-eighth (1/8) of the straight time eight (8) hour daily basic wage rate paid for that “work day” to all sideline musicians on that particular production who are entitled to such meal period penalty.
