Violation of Noncompetition Clause. In the event that Executive shall engage in conduct which constitutes a violation of Section 8 of this Agreement, the Company shall be free from any obligation to make any payments provided for under this Agreement to Executive or to Executive’s beneficiaries, and any and all such payments shall cease.
