Violation of Other Covenants, Etc. Any Loan Party violates any other covenant, agreement or condition contained herein (other than the covenants, agreements and conditions set forth or described in Sections 8.1 (Failure to Pay Obligations When Due), 8.3 (Cross Default), 8.4 (Representations), and 8.5 (Certain Covenants) above) or in any other Loan Document and such violation shall not have been remedied within (30) days after the earlier of (i) actual discovery by a Loan Party of such violation or (ii) written notice has been received by the Borrower from the Bank or the holder of the Note.
