Common use of Violation of Other Covenants, Etc Clause in Contracts

Violation of Other Covenants, Etc. The Borrower violates any other covenant, agreement or condition contained herein (other than the covenants, agreements and conditions set forth or described in Sections 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, and 11.5 above) or in any other Loan Document and such violation shall not have been remedied within (30) days after the earlier of (i) actual discovery by the Borrower of such violation or (ii) written notice has been received by the Borrower from the Bank or the holder of the Note.

The Borrower violates any other covenant, agreement or condition contained herein (other than the covenants, agreements and conditions set forth or described in Sections 11.111.01, 11.211.02, 11.311.03, 11.411.04, and 11.5 11.05 above) or in any other Loan Document and such violation shall not have been remedied within (30) days after the earlier of (i) actual discovery by the Borrower of such violation or (ii) written notice has been received by the Borrower from the Bank or the holder of the Note.

The Borrower violates any other covenant, agreement or condition contained herein (other than the covenants, agreements and conditions set forth or described in Sections 11.110.1, 11.210.2, 11.310.3, 11.410.4, and 11.5 10.5 above) or in any other Loan Document and such violation shall not have been remedied within (30) days after the earlier of (i) actual discovery by the Borrower of such violation or (ii) written notice has been received by the Borrower from the Bank Agent or the holder of the any Note.; or

The Borrower violates any other covenant, agreement or condition contained herein (other than the covenants, agreements and conditions set forth or described in Sections 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, and 11.5 above) or in any other Loan Document and such violation shall not have been remedied within thirty (30) days after the earlier of (ia) actual discovery by the Borrower of such violation or (iib) written notice has been received by the Borrower from the Bank or the holder of the Note.
