The Borrower violates any other covenant, agreement or condition contained herein (other than the covenants, agreements and conditions set forth or described in Sections 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, and 10.5 above) or in any other Loan Document and such violation shall not have been remedied within (30) days after written notice has been received by the Borrower from the Agent or the holder of any Note; or
