Common use of Violation of the U Clause in Contracts

Violation of the U. S. Export Control laws or regulations by Licensee shall constitute grounds for Licensor, in its sole discretion, to terminate this license agreement. Failure to obtain any needed export control license may result in criminal liability under the United States law.
