Violations Reporting. Subrecipient shall disclose, in a timely manner, in writing to the State and the Federal Awarding Agency, all violations of federal or State criminal law involving fraud, bribery, or gratuity violations potentially affecting the Federal Award. The State or the Federal Awarding Agency may impose any penalties for noncompliance allowed under 2 CFR Part 180 and 31 U.S.C. 3321, which may include, without limitation, suspension or debarment.
