Common use of Violations Clause in Contracts

Violations. If any party to this Agreement violates any of the prohibitions or provisions of this Agreement, any non-violating party will be entitled to seek specific performance of this Agreement, in addition to any other remedies allowed at law or in equity. The violating party will pay all costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the non-violating party in enforcing their rights under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, seeking an injunction and/or damages for any breach of this Agreement, if the non-violating party prevails.
