Virginia Law. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any litigation arising out of this Agreement shall be conducted in a forum located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
