ViroPharma Non-Compete Sample Clauses

ViroPharma Non-Compete. As from the Amendment Effective Date, ViroPharma, its Affiliates and its Sublicensees shall not distribute, market, promote, offer for sale, sell or otherwise supply any Competitive Product in the ViroPharma Territory, except with the consent of Sanquin.
