Virtual Meeting Clause Samples
The Virtual Meeting clause establishes the rules and permissions for holding meetings through electronic means rather than in person. It typically outlines acceptable technologies (such as video conferencing platforms), requirements for participant identification, and procedures for ensuring all attendees can communicate effectively. This clause enables organizations or parties to conduct official business remotely, increasing flexibility and accessibility while reducing the need for physical presence.
