Common use of Virtual Meetings Clause in Contracts

Virtual Meetings. 8.1 For the purposes of these rules a virtual meeting between a number of Trustees who constitute a quorum and who participate via telephone, video or web conferencing facilities shall be deemed to constitute a meeting of the Trustees. All the provisions in these rules relating to meetings shall apply to virtual meetings so long as the following conditions are met:
