Virtual Plan Review. This task includes a virtual plan review with MOT staff and associated preparation and coordination efforts. Work Element 3: Bidding Services Task 3.1 Compilation of Bidding Documents – SEH will coordinate with subconsultant to prepare bidding documents for the project. This task will include assembly of a plan set and a Project Manual containing contracts and technical specifications. Task 3.2 Pre-Bid Meeting – SEH will schedule, plan, attend, and lead a pre-bid meeting on-site to allow prospective bidders the opportunity to become familiar with the project site, work scope, conditions, and schedule.
