Common use of Visit of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Visit of Facilities. Representatives of each Party may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to the other Party, visit the other Party's facilities where the Research Program is being conducted, and consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, with the other Party's personnel performing work on the Research Program.

Such representative shall abide by all operating procedures and rules of the facilities or clinics with respect to safety and confidentiality and the relevant Party shall be liable for the actions of its representatives during any such facility visit.
