VISUALSOFT’S OBLIGATIONS. 5.1. Visualsoft shall:
5.1.1. provide the ALiliate Network to the Client in accordance with the Applicable Law, the Proposal and the Project Agreement, in all material respects;
5.1.2. subject to the Client’s compliance with these Terms of Business, provide the Client with access to the ALiliate Network;
5.1.3. in its sole discretion, make available to the Client a suitable list of the Participating ALiliates; and
5.1.4. use reasonable endeavours to procure that the Participating ALiliates remove or revise the Client Materials in accordance with the Client’s wrien instructions.
VISUALSOFT’S OBLIGATIONS. 5.1. Visualsoft shall:

5.1.2. subject to the Client’s compliance with these Terms of Business, provide the Client with access to the Affiliate Network;
5.1.3. in its sole discretion, make available to the Client a suitable list of the Participating Affiliates; and
5.1.4. use reasonable endeavours to procure that the Participating Affiliates remove or revise the Client Materials in accordance with the Client’s written instructions.
