VoiceStream Wireless. The Uniform Commercial Code financing statements referenced in Schedule 6.2 naming a Credit Party as debtor and Voicestream Wireless Corp. as secured party relate to amounts currently in dispute by Voicestream Wireless Corp. and the Credit Parties. All amounts owed to Voicestream Wireless Corp. relating to such financing statements will not exceed $50,000 at any time.
