Common use of Voided Agreement Clause in Contracts

Voided Agreement. The County, at its option, may void this Agreement and any vested right should the Developer’s failure to perform in compliance with this Agreement results in the County seizing the escrow to complete the Infrastructure or correct the defect or deficiency.
