Common use of VOIDING AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

VOIDING AGREEMENT. In the event that the Plan is not registered within one year from the date of the signing of this Agreement, the Municipality may at its option declare this Agreement to be null and void. All costs incurred shall be deducted from the Deposited Securities or the Deposit paid by the Developer to the Municipality pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement between the Developer and the Municipality referred to herein.
