Voltage or Reactive Control Requirements. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, Buyer shall operate its existing interconnected generation facilities with automatic voltage regulators. The voltage regulators will control voltage at the Points of Interconnection consistent with the range of voltage set forth in Schedule C as may be amended by the Parties, or the System Operator. Compensation to Buyer, if any, for providing such reactive power and voltage support shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions the ISO Tariff, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties.
