Volume Based Pricing. For the purposes of Paragraph 6.3 to Part A of Schedule 9 (Charges and Invoicing) of the Call-Off Terms, the Charges labelled as ‘Fixed Prices’, shall be subject to annual Indexation.

Volume Based Pricing. The prices for Products purchased during each calendar year for the Term of this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B. Purchase orders within the same calendar year will reflect price based on volumes delivered previously during the calendar year. Volume Based Pricing. The IEP Annual Service Charge is calculated by measuring the annual volume of transactions 2 months prior to the contract expiry date. Transaction volume levels will be measured to determine the pricing tier and a renewal notification sent informing the trust of the price for the next 12 months. Each standard transaction (IEP Institution to IEP Institution) will count as 1 towards the annual volume count.
