Common use of Volume Obligations Clause in Contracts

Volume Obligations. Except as explicitly stated in this Agreement, neither party shall have an obligation (i) to offer any product or service to any third party by way of sale, license or otherwise, or (ii) to use any minimum level of effort in the promotion, marketing, licensing or sales of any products or services, including products or services to the other party, or (iii) to purchase or license any minimum amount of products or services from the other party.
