Volume Rebates etc. A Vehicle Purchasing Agreement may provide that any bonus payment or other amount (howsoever described) payable or to be made available by a Manufacturer/Dealer as a result of Spanish FleetCo (or Spanish FleetCo and/or Spanish OpCo (and/or any other relevant Affiliate of The Hertz Corporation) under such Vehicle Purchasing Agreement and/or any Spanish OpCo Specific Agreement, as applicable) meeting any minimum vehicle purchase level in that relevant year, be payable to or for the account of Spanish OpCo (rather than Spanish FleetCo). For the avoidance of doubt, Spanish FleetCo may however take the benefit of reductions applied to purchase prices applicable to vehicles as a result of any such minimum vehicle purchase levels being reached. Notwithstanding the foregoing where a Vehicle Purchasing Agreement provides that in the event that any minimum vehicle purchase level in the relevant year is not met:
