Volumes and Liquidated Damages. (a) Volume: You are required to supply DFMC with the Contracted Volume as set out in Annexure D, for each Month of the Term. DFMC is not obliged to purchase any milk in excess of the Contracted Volume (Surplus Milk) under this Contract. The terms of any agreement between you and DFMC to purchase Surplus Milk will need to be separately agreed.
