Voluntariness and Consequences of Consent Denial or Withdrawal. Participation in the Plan is voluntary and Employee is providing the consents herein on a purely voluntary basis. Employee understands that he or she may withdraw consent at any time with future effect for any or no reason. If Employee does not consent, or if Employee later seeks to revoke his or her consent, Employee’s salary from or employment and career with the Employer will not be affected; the only consequence of refusing or withdrawing consent is that the Company would not be able to offer Restricted Stock Units to Employee or administer or maintain Employee’s participation in the Plan.
