Common use of Voluntariness and Consequences of Consent Denial or Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Voluntariness and Consequences of Consent Denial or Withdrawal. Participation in the Plan is voluntary and the Participant is providing the consents herein on a purely voluntary basis. The Participant may withdraw the Participant’s consent at any time, with future effect and for any or no reason. If the Participant does not consent, or if the Participant later seeks to withdraw the Participant’s consent, the Participant’s salary from or employment or service relationship with the Participant’s employer will not be affected. The only consequence of denying or withdrawing consent is that Arconic Corporation would not be able to grant Awards to the Participant under the Plan or administer or maintain the Participant’s participation in the Plan. If the Participant withdraws the Participant’s consent, Arconic Corporation will stop processing the Participant’s Personal Data for the purposes stated above unless to the extent necessary to comply with tax or other legal obligations in connection with Awards granted before the Participant withdrew the Participant’s consent.
