Common use of Voluntary Assent Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Assent. You affirm that you have read this Agreement, and understand all of its terms, including the full and final release of claims set forth in Section 11. You further acknowledge that you have voluntarily entered into this Agreement; that you have not relied upon any representation or statement, written or oral, not set forth in this Agreement; that the only consideration for signing this Agreement is as set forth herein; and that this document gives you the opportunity and encourages you to have this Agreement reviewed by your attorney and/or tax advisor.

Voluntary Assent. You affirm that you have read this Agreement, and understand all of its terms, including the full and final release of claims set forth in Section 11Paragraph 3.
