Voluntary Assumption of Risk. Consultant acknowledges that the Services that he is required to perform under this Agreement include inherent dangers, including the risk of serious bodily injury and/or death. Consultant understands, assumes and accepts all risks associated with the performance of the Services and herby releases Company from any liability whatsoever related to the performance of the Services.
